Is engineering or being an engineer in India in 2018 from a tier 3 college worth it?

READ IT FROM here. Mumbai University Third Time's a charm they said....well? The academically most irrelevant year also the most fun year,so kind of a bitter sweet year is the T.E of engineering.I sincerely feel this is the year where you can properly pursue extra curricular activities or maybe any hobby "left" that you think you want to try. Talking about myself, Blogging was what I picked up in T.E. and i would consider this a fairly pursued hobby even though I have failed to be punctual and make any considerable money from it, but on the flipside it helped me with my command over the english language and my keyboard presence(very important if you are going to work in a software company and probably write codes the entire da...
