Movies in MCU that you need to watch in order to completely enjoy Avengers : Infinity war

Being  a marvel fan-boy (NO HATE FOR DC) it would be not right ethically if i do not address the latest extravaganza that is coming our way on April 27th the "AVENGERS INFINITY WAR".

Ok,so believe it or not it took about 10 years in order to build this movie,not the movie but just the build up for it which included establishing characters and developing character archs and many other cinematic implementations.

So when the trailer dropped the overwhelming response it got from people was a result of an enormous 10 year wait and build up.

This post is actually for those who didn't quite understand the reason for that sort of response for a movie trailer ,but liked the trailer and want to join in the buzz.

So, here I bring to you a chronological order of MCU movies you need to watch before 27th April.

1. IRON MAN

  

Plot: After being held captive in an Afghan cave, billionaire engineer Tony Stark creates a unique weaponized suit of armor to fight evil.

     IRON MAN 2

Plot: With the world now aware of his identity as Iron Man, Tony Stark must contend with both his declining health and a vengeful mad man with ties to his father's legacy.

THOR

Plot: The powerful, but arrogant god Thor, is cast out of Asgard to live amongst humans in Midgard (Earth), where he soon becomes one of their finest defenders

AVENGERS

Plot: Earth's mightiest heroes must come together and learn to fight as a team if they are going to stop the mischievous Loki and his alien army from enslaving humanity.

 IRON MAN 3

Plot : When Tony Stark's world is torn apart by a formidable terrorist called the Mandarin, he starts an odyssey of rebuilding and retribution.

THOR: THE DARK WORLD

Plot : When Dr. Jane Foster gets cursed with a powerful entity known as the Aether, Thor is heralded of the cosmic event known as the Convergence and the genocidal Dark Elves.

CAPTAIN AMERICA : THE WINTER SOLDIER

Plot: Political involvement in the Avengers' activities causes a rift between Captain America and Iron Man.

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY: VOL 1

Plot: A group of intergalactic criminals are forced to work together to stop a fanatical warrior from taking control of the universe.

AVENGERS :AGE OF ULTRON

Plot: When Tony Stark and Bruce Banner try to jump-start a dormant peacekeeping program called Ultron, things go horribly wrong and it's up to Earth's mightiest heroes to stop the villainous Ultron from enacting his terrible plan.

ANTMAN

Plot: Armed with a super-suit with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, cat burglar Scott Lang must embrace his inner hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.

CAPTAIN AMERICA CIVIL WAR

Plot: Political involvement in the Avengers' activities causes a rift between Captain America and Iron Man.

DOCTOR STRANGE

Plot: While on a journey of physical and spiritual healing, a brilliant neurosurgeon is drawn into the world of the mystic arts.

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY: VOL 2

Plot: The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mystery of Peter Quill's true parentage.

SPIDERMAN:HOMECOMING

Plot: Peter Parker balances his life as an ordinary high school student in Queens with his superhero alter-ego Spider-Man, and finds himself on the trail of a new menace prowling the skies of New York City.

THOR RAGNORAK

Plot : Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok, the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization, at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela.

BLACK PANTHER

Plot : T'Challa, the King of Wakanda, rises to the throne in the isolated, technologically advanced African nation, but his claim is challenged by a vengeful outsider who was a childhood victim of T'Challa's father's mistake.

I know that's a lot of work but it would help you to completely enjoy this "twice"in a lifetime spectacle's first part. As a fan i really hope they at least give a very small reference or just a mention for Defenders.
